“Bright” is a great word to sum up this Sauvignon Blanc from Cimarone Estate Wines. This wine had a nice floral aroma and clean citrus flavors. Plenty of crisp acidity in this wine while still being well-balanced. I successfully paired it with a tasty spinach salad. Another great find from Cimarone Estate Wines.
